13 January 2017 - Bothal, Northumberland.
This morning we walked to Bothal, where there was a light covering of snow following overnight showers
Although there was not much snow it was enough to bring traffic to a standstill on the steep bank leading from Bothal to Guidepost, as seen in the first two photos below. The third photo shows an overturned trailer that had been on the roadside for a while and was not a victim of the snow
The fourth photo is a view of Bothal Castle and the last photo is a view of light snow on the fields between Bothal and Pegswood.
