02 October 2016 - River Caldew Valley Walk - Lake District, Cumbria.
Today we went for a walk up the River Caldew Valley towards Skiddaw House in the lake District. After driving up the narrow road from Mosedale we managed to find a parking spot at the end of the road.
The first three photos are views looking back down the River Caldew Valley from the footpath to Skiddaw House. The fourth photo is a view of one of the few trees above this footpath.
The last two photos are views of Wiley Gill and the footbridge where the footpath crosses it.
