This afternoon we visited Morpeth for a walk along the River Wansbeck to Morpeth Stepping Stones.

28 March 2016 - Pegswood Country Park, Northumberland.
This evening we visited Pegswood Country Park near Morpeth in Northumberland for a walk through the park as the sun was setting.

21 March 2016 - Bothal, Northumberland.
This afternoon we walked along the road to Bothal Village and returned along the footpath through the woods.
The first photo below is a view of daffodils flowering on the roadside between Pegswood and Bothal followed by a view of a tractor ploughing one of the nearby fields.

Today we visited QEII Country Park at Ashington in Northumberland for a walk around the lake.
