20 March 2017 - Warkworth, Northumberland.
This morning we visited Warkworth for a walk along the River Coquet, through the village and up to the castle.
Daffodils were flowering nicely by the river as seen in the first two photos below of the old bridge and gate. The third photo below is a view of Warkworth Old Bridge and the River Coquet.
The fourth photo below is a view of St. Lawrence Church, followed by a view of Warkworth Castle and the last photo is a view along the footpath beside the River Coquet
